Off Ice Conditioning Class

If you are interested in improving your muscle strength for higher jumps, your flexibility for spins and spirals, and your overall fitness this class is for you!

  • Lower your chances of an on-ice injury while learning jumps and spins
  • Improve muscle strength which will improve all aspects of your skating
  • Improve flexibility
  • Improve posture and carriage on the ice
  • Learn dynamic warm-ups to use before getting on the ice to practice
  • This class is recommended for all students in Basic 5 or above and those taking private lessons

What should I bring to class?
